How Does Beach Cars Co. Booking Process Work?
Are you looking to book a car for your vacation in Mau? No fret — this post is a step-by-step guide on how to book with Beach Cars Co. If you have made it to our blog, then you will see in the bottom right corner a button that says “Online Booking.” Once here, you can enter your trip details and see which cars are available for those dates (don’t worry, we have a large fleet of available vehicles). From here, you can easily reserve your car online after a few simple steps. If you have questions regarding your booking, we are also happy to help over the phone. Simply give us a call at 808-500-9595 or email us at beachcarsco@gmail.com and you will speak to one of our representatives. There are three key things to keep in mind when booking with us: 1. You must be 21 years of age or older. 2. You must provide your own car insurance (a copy will do). 3. We have a five-day minimum for all our Maui car rentals. Once you have booked your car, you will get a confirmation email with all the important details regarding your reservation with us. You are now probably eagerly awaiting your departure to Maui (and we don’t blame you) — don’t worry, your vacation will be starting before you know it. Beach Cars Co. will reach out to you via text 24-48 hours before your scheduled arrival to confirm and make sure nothing has changed. Once you land, and are at baggage claim, simply give us a call or text to let us know you have arrived on our beautiful island. We will head over to the airport to pick you up in your rental. Afterward, we will journey back to our office where we will go over some final details with you and answer any of your questions or give you advice on the best-kept secrets of the island. Then you are on your way! After you have hopefully had time to soak up the sun and enjoy this beautiful island we call home, we will contact you 24-48 hours before your departure date to see when you want to meet us at our office to take you back to the airport. If your arrival/departure time is outside our regularly scheduled business hours, we charge a $30 courtesy fee.
